Our Technique

Precise. Gentle.
Foundational.

Gentle, precise chiropractic techniques for every stage of life, designed to address the cause instead of simply chasing symptoms.

Our Primary Focus

Upper Cervical Orthospinology

Orthospinology is a precise, upper cervical approach similar to NUCCA and Atlas Orthogonal. It analyzes atlas obstruction patterns in the upper cervical spine and how they may affect the body’s posture, balance, and postural reflexes.

Through precise, mathematical analysis and gentle upper cervical corrections, we help improve how the head sits on the spine without cracking, twisting, or popping. Every correction is remeasured to verify accuracy and support consistent, repeatable results.

Our gentle upper cervical corrections are designed to be comfortable for every stage of life, from newborns to grandparents.

Orthospinology is different from traditional neck adjusting because it uses gentle, precise upper cervical corrections without cracking, twisting, popping, or forceful manipulation. The instrument delivers about one pound of force, making it gentle and appropriate for patients of all ages.

Postural Correction

SRT™

Spinal Remodeling Therapy (SRT) is part of our Foundational Correction approach and is designed to help improve forward head posture, abnormal neck curves, abnormal low back curves, and overall spinal structure. This technique uses customized at-home spinal traction, posture exercises, and corrective remodeling protocols to help restore healthier alignment over time.

Rather than only focusing on temporary pain relief, Spinal Remodeling Therapy is focused on improving the mechanics and structure of the spine. Each patient is educated on their specific posture and curve findings, then given a customized home protocol designed to support better alignment, improved mobility, reduced spinal stress, and long-term correction.

Pediatric Chiropractic

The Little Atlas Method™

The Little Atlas Method (LAM) is our gentle upper cervical approach designed specifically for infants, children, and growing bodies. Instead of twisting, cracking, or popping, we use light, precise corrections based on posture, muscle tone, movement patterns, and nervous system function.

Children’s spines and nervous systems are constantly adapting as they grow, develop, fall, play, learn, and recover from everyday stress. Our goal is to identify patterns of imbalance early and help support better alignment, posture, comfort, and function through gentle, age-appropriate care.

Infants do not require X-rays for The Little Atlas Method to work. When caring for babies and young children, we can use gentle muscle testing, posture checks, movement patterns, reflex patterns, and body balance analysis to determine the most specific correction angle. X-rays are only recommended when clinically necessary based on age, history, exam findings, trauma, or other specific concerns.

Prenatal Chiropractic

The Webster Technique

The Webster Technique is a gentle, pregnancy-focused chiropractic approach that helps improve pelvic balance and lower back function using light, specific adjustments without cracking, twisting, or popping.

When your body is balanced, your baby has more space to move around, which can make pregnancy and birth easier for both mother and child.

The Webster Technique focuses on the pelvis, sacrum, and surrounding soft tissue structures. The goal is to improve pelvic balance and function, not to manually turn or reposition the baby. It is not a "baby-turning" technique.
